Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was quite large with a comfy bed and beautiful decor, featuring solid bunk beds tucked away in a cozy corner near the fireplace. However, the service was over-insistent on pre-authorization and debited my credit card without proper communication. The location was ideal for exploring the New Forest but lacked customer service skills. The dining experience was decent, but some dishes were not served hot. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had some positives like friendly staff and helpful service but was let down by certain aspects like uncomfortable beds and limited dining options. The location was tranquil, but there were issues with the room size and shower temperature. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel had some positives like accommodating our view request and providing children's beds, but it fell short of our expectations for the price paid. The abundance of fans in the rooms created discomfort when the bridal party and hairdressers crowded in the bridal suite for hair styling, makeup, and dressing.
